Moe Poirier
Moe Poirier is a vibrant and creative learning leader, whose impact with leaders is born of his experience as an entrepreneur. Moe was a founding member and performance coach at The NRG Group, where meteoric growth over 2 years was rewarded with an initial public offering on the TSX. He was founder and CEO of a national charity, where a 260% growth rate over 5 years netted a $6 million budget with which to serve others. Today, Moe brings his passion for stretching individuals and teams to organizations including CIBC, Manulife, Norampac, AstraZeneca, Baxter Biomedical, Marriott, Timothy’s, and the City of Toronto. As a leader, Moe helped others succeed through his understanding of strategy, business development, project management, and client relations. As an educator, he helps others succeed by meeting people where they are, motivating them to reach for more, and sharing the tools that make the difference.
Moe was educated in Electrical Engineering (Systems) and Management at the University of Ottawa. He is widely certified in performance assessment and profiling tools.
