Helen’s a planner, a scheduler, a project manager, a list maker, a collaborator, a coach, and a communicator. A bit silly, a bit saucy, a bit sweary, she’s known for her straight talk, strong relationships and broad experience.

Helen earned a degree in Horsemanship from Lakeland College, cut a record in her teens, and is a published writer living in Edmonton.
